Game night

The iPad deals. Your phone turns the card over.

A family companion for The Resistance: Avalon and Secret Hitler. Names go in once, characters are dealt in secret, and every player reads their own card, on the iPad passed around the table or on the phone in their pocket.

How a night goes

The setup screen with the family cast
Choose the cast. Every family portrait is on the table. Merlin and the Assassin are always in; tap a portrait to add Percival, Morgana, Mordred, or Oberon.
A face-down card asking Are you Alex?
Find your card. Tap your name and your own card appears face down. Nothing private shows until you say it’s you.
The card turned over, showing a family portrait and the role
Turn it over. The portrait with your character printed on it, and everything you’re allowed to know beside it.
The pass-it-on screen listing who still needs to read
Pass it on. Or don’t: scan the code and read on your phone while the iPad goes to the next person.

The family, as the cast

The record

Every game the table plays is written down here as it happens: who was dealt what, every proposal and vote, and who won.
